Online Coaching
Online coaching offers a fully comprehensive service, including detailed, customised programming, technical feedback, unlimited communication, and an end-of-block video review or phone call.
What's Included:
Weekly programming tailored to your individual needs and goals
Technical feedback
Unlimited communication (response time < 24 hour)
End of block video review or phone call
Complete coaching includes personalised programming, technical feedback, and unlimited communication. You'll also receive in-person group coaching on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings (4.30-7.30pm), as well as 24/7 gym access.

24/7 access to gym
In-person group coaching during staffed hours
Weekly programming tailored to your individual needs and goals

Unlimited communication via WhatsApp (response time < 24 hour)
This service is ideal for individuals seeking personalised, in-person guidance, that they feel may not be suitable in an online or group setting.

GYM-ONLY MEMBERSHIPS
1-Day Per Week
Ideal for lifters who need access to proper powerlifting equipment but don't need a full membership.
What's Included:
Access to the gym one day per week
Perfect for individuals with flexible schedules, this membership offers access during quieter times, excluding peak evening hours on weekdays.
What's Included:
Access during off-peak hours: all hours except 5-7 pm on weekdays
Unlimited access to the gym, 24/7.
What's Included:
Train anytime, no restrictions

We help athletes of all levels maximise their physical and mental strength. Our approach streamlines your journey: you focus on lifting while we handle the intricate details. By providing tailored programming, expert guidance, and continuous support – and by combining the latest exercise science guidelines with years of hands-on experience and a deep passion for what we do – we create a training experience where progress comes naturally.
